Rewinder
Groupe Papier operates a custom built slitter rewinder that has a maximum width of 51”. With the capacity to make seven clean cuts, we can produce rolls of almost any width within our maximum. We can handle a range of web material ranging from paperboard all the way to lightweight bond and kraft grades.
Hole-Punch
We offer hole punching service (not the standard drill). We produce a clean and crisp edge. Offing the standard array of holes or any customization you require. Including 3 hole and 5 hole.
Guillotines
Lawson 70”
Our primary guillotine boasts a cutting width of 70” and an accuracy of 0.001”. With the capacity to program 1000 different jobs, we produce quickly and precisely. With a regular maintenance schedule and up to date accessories we can produce Digital Ready paper and paper board quickly and efficiently.
Schneider 43”
Our smaller guillotine is used for packaging grades and general use. Having a similar accuracy and cut capacity but focused as support equipment.
